Spartanburg Dodge Chrysler Jeep is currently in need of a Service Department Cashier. This position is multi-faceted. This individual would assist the Warranty Administrator daily as well as fill in for Reception as needed. We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, detail oriented and responsible individual to join our team!
Job Requirements:
- A pleasant phone voice/demeanor is a must!
- Must possess general computer and office skills
- Must be self-starter and a team player
Job duties:
- Process payments on service and parts bills
- Keep a daily record of all cash, credit/debit, checks, and charge transactions
- Submit oil change warranties to Chrysler
- Answer Service over-flow calls
- Making service appointments
- Cover the receptionist as needed for lunch breaks
- Filing
- Entering service contracts into data base
- Changing customer information in data base
- Opening and closing cashier office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
