Service Center Parts Lead

German Bliss Equipment Inc. located in Princeville, Il on Route 90, has a career opportunity in our brand-new Service Center. Come join our growing business for a new opportunity in our Parts Department. This opportunity is a full-time position with benefits and incentives. The candidate must possess strong computer, phone, keyboarding skills and be a team player. You would work closely with our Service Advisors and Parts Manager to ensure our Service Department has the parts, supplies, and tools needed. Experience is preferred but not required. Willing to train the right person, lots of opportunity for growth and advancement.

Skills/Qualifications:

• 1 year of customer service experience or Parts/Service experience.
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.
• Passion for helping others and understanding the importance of accuracy.
• Willingness to learn, there will be a lot of process and systems training for this position.
• Mechanical background or general mechanical knowledge is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full time – 40 hours a week Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm *hours could vary* 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Order Service Parts Daily
• Validating parts margin
• Reconciling parts sales on repair orders
• Deliver parts to service technicians as needed
• Keep service parts room stocked
• Ensure parts are barcoded and inventoried in service parts room
• Update Wrike and respond in Wrike to service requests
• Clean shop floor daily
• Restock bulk fluids
• Keep special tool cabinet log up to date and locked
• Assist with closing out Repair Orders in Rimms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
