Flex Technology Group is seeking a Field Service Supervisor in the Atlanta Metro area. The Field Service Supervisor professionally represents the Flex Technology Companies to provide an outstanding customer experience by supporting product escalations while managing a territory. Providing technical and Phone support to all field technicians to assist with product challenges. Positively influences team member to reach industry productivity benchmarks.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Review time sheets and authorize over-time entries. Inspect/verify start and end times.
  • Perform regular stack ranking review with emphasis on defined targets and benchmarks. Create and implement performance improvement plans.
  • Provide call load management with regular review of individual technician progress throughout the workday.
  • Perform Customer site visits/audits to verify consistent delivery of technical procedures and proper office etiquette
  • Create formal training and development plans mixed with field training to optimize each employee’s opportunity for advancement
  • Provide phone support and product specialist involvement and escalation to equipment manufacturer support. Communicate with manager and sales team with progress and resolution.
  • First line contact for customer issues, problem machines, sales concerns, sales and CRM communication, upgrade recommendation
  • Coordinate with call center, contacts, and sales during inspection process of potential contract equipment. and parts salvage
  • Provide initial “basic” training, tools, and HR communication for new employees. Continue to mentor new employees.
  • Review and manage fleet installations, arrange site, and install planning, plan and organize resources, execute plan, communicate with sales

Required Qualifications:

  • High School education or equivalent
  • Certified and trained on Manufacture full line of devices
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Reliable vehicle for transportation unless company vehicle is provided
  • Full understanding of network connectivity to print and scan features
  • Background or experience in electro-mechanical troubleshooting
  • Proven record of successfully servicing and troubleshooting business equipment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to assist and provide field training for team members
