Now Hiring:
- Set-up Operator for metal shop
Location:
- North Branch
Pay:
- $20 -$25+ doe
Shifts:
- Nights
- Monday - Thursday (Friday morning) 4:30pm - 3am
- Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various equipment and work with Operators as assigned to fabricate parts that adhere to our customer's strict quality specifications.
- Be actively engaged in Continuous Improvement
- Accurately report setup time, production, scrap, and work hours.
Expected Results:
- Responsible for manufacturing precision components to our customer's quality specifications and delivery requirements while achieving Company goals.
Skills Required:
- Time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Lean Manufacturing experience
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to comprehend the consequences of various situations and refer such problems to the appropriate individual for decision-making.
