Directs and coordinates Converting and Packaging manufacturing functions and output targets to meet customer requirements and standards. Full accountability for ensuring safety, customer quality, cost and delivery requirements are met.

Responsible for developing an enthusiastic, motivated, and flexible team by building working relationships ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to. Manage the team on best practice and establish standard policies and procedures while also mentoring and leading teams. Implement and manage continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principals by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices and processes. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Utilization of employees to meet production goals and maintain a healthy atmosphere for employee relations.

• Accountable for the overall safety and wellbeing of plant associates

• Responsible for the overall quality of the products produced

• Responsible for maintaining a culture of continual improvement with the operations team, including accountability for scrap, output and OEE targets.

Qualifications:

• Detailed working knowledge of managing of production lines.

• Experience in leading teams

• Good communication skills and leadership abilities.

• Computer Skills (SAP and Excel)

• Able to train employees in SAP as well as maintain accurate raw material and finish good inventories on the production floor.

Physical Requirements:

• Plant Environment.

• Ability to bend and stretch.
