We are recruiting for a Shift Leader to lead our company's operations. Our Shift Leaders ensure the safety of all employees, call in orders and monitor the cleanliness and appearance of the store at all times. The Shift Leader position is a fast-paced, high-energy role, where you will have the responsibility to make sure all tasks are completed with excellence. We are looking for candidates who are able to work well in a team environment and who have exceptional interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor staffing levels, including call-ins and off-schedule coverage, to ensure that proper staffing levels are maintained.
- Ensure that the shift runs smoothly.
- Fill out all paperwork for employee absences.
- Manage employee disputes and grievances.
- Resolve employee issues.
- Provide guidance and support to other managers.
- Be a leader and mentor to other managers.
- Be an expert on state and federal labor laws.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
