Purpose of the position

Responsible for Shipping/Receiving, Quality Assurance (5S) on the Shipping/Receiving floor, Inventory Management and Quality Assurance (5S) on the inventory stocking floor.

Main tasks and responsibilities

● Maintain inventory and custom parts demands Electronically & Physically (JR), including Good Receipts and SAP SKU BIN Locations
● Prepare all shipping/receiving documents to ensure compliance with regulations
● Perform all physical functions associated with S&R (EZ)
● Quality assurance (5S) on the Shipping / Receiving floor (JR)
● Maintain records in compliance with terms and conditions of any active agreements. Maintain records and track all core items
● Maintain ethical conduct with all supplier relations
● Know, understand and comply with Hiab USA Inc.’s Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions
● Understand and comply with all Safety and Environmental requirements
● Perform all other duties as required by Supervisor within the physical constraints of the job
● Perform all warehouse duties, i.e., receiving, shipping, stocking, support with picking work orders, inventory management, load/unload freight and processing all paperwork associated with these processes

What you’ll need to succeed

Education:
● High School/GED or better
Working experience:
● Minimum two (2) years experience in shipping/receiving/inventory control
Competence and skills:
● Ability to multi-task
● Understanding and working knowledge of profit/loss accountability
● Ability to operate a forklift
● Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
● Basic computer skills
● Good organizational skills
