The Site Optimization Specialist will be passionately focused on the customer, helping Cole Haan understand how to meet their needs by continuously testing to drive improvements to the customer experience on Colehaan.com, ultimately impacting conversion and engagement. They will proactively identify business challenges through data and analytics and test to quick resolution by engaging the appropriate teams. They will partner with E-Commerce Managers, UX Specialists, Front-End Developers and other cross-functional groups to align and execute on the testing roadmap prioritized by business needs.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Act as an application owner, subject matter expert and cross-functional liaison to deliver on A/B tests using Monetate, or other A/B testing tool
• Responsible for driving and maintaining the backlog of A/B test ideas and roadmap, prioritized by business needs
• Translate the strategic organizational vision into the A/B test roadmap and evolve the roadmap as the business needs change
• Ability to set-up tests in Monetate (or other A/B testing tool), ensure tests are working properly, conduct regression analysis and report out on results
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify and align on user experience test cases and drive these from start to finish
• Manage external, vendor relationships and ensure value/ROI is maximized, including (but not limited to), ensuring agency resources are aligned with Cole Haan roadmap / priorities
• Use results-oriented mindset to ensure clear and appropriate KPIs and metrics are used to make decisions
• Understand data and analytics to support decision making and impact analyses and comfortably communicate to stakeholders with data
• Present clear, concise, and convincing presentations using mockups, data, and written context

• Bachelor’s degree desired
• 3+ years’ experience maintaining an A/B testing backlog and roadmap
• Experience with B2C e-commerce

• Passionate about the customer with a strong interest in understanding and driving user behavior
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
• Strong communications skills, both written and oral; ability to communicate analytical conclusions to leadership team effectively
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently
• Exceptional relationship management experience: must be extremely detail-oriented and have a hands-on approach
• Ability to thrive in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities
• Adapt approach in real-time to match the shifting demands of the business and the change in fashion trends
• Experience with A/B testing tools such as Monetate, Optimizely, Google Optimize, Adobe Test and Target, etc.
• Familiarity with an Analytics tool, preferably Google Analytics

Base Salary/Hourly Range: From $65,000 – $90,000 annually*

Bonus Eligibility: Yes, eligible for annual target bonus based on company and individual performance
