Position: Social Media Coordinator/Event Promoter

Location: Atlanta, GA

Objective

RoofClaim.com a JasperINC Company, a preeminent residential,reroofing company, seeks a Social Media Coordinator. As a Social Media Coordinator will curate, create, and monitor social media content and moderate discussions across the social media channels. This individual will work closely with members of the Marketing team to identify appropriate and timely content for the social media platforms and increase channel growth through visitor and follower engagement.

Job Duties:

Social Media (main focus)

• Create and manage a content calendar for social media channels and public relations initiatives
• Draft content and manage posting for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn,TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube
• Ensure the continuity of a brand online voice across all social channels
• Monitor and respond to inquiries on social channels
• Write, edit, and collaborate with team members to produce blog content
• Stay up to date on emerging social media tips, trends, and sites
• Improving social media metrics and KPI.
• Increasing website traffic.
• Attend events social events such as football games, sponsorship activations and industry trade shows
• Opportunity to travel

Requirements:

• Work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or a similar role in the Marketing department.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Time management skills.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem solving and networking skills.
• Strong work ethics.
• Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
