In this full-time Software Developer position, you will be responsible for providing software support for our custom Label printing solution and collaborating on multiple software development projects by scripting code using Visual Basic and C#, diagnosing and solving software issues, and working closely with the Senior Developer. Strong documentation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist customers with technical issues and provide timely and efficient software support.
• Write and troubleshoot code using Visual Basic and C# with an emphasis on object-oriented programming.
• Collaborate on multiple software development projects under the guidance of the Senior Developer.
• Support in preparing, deploying, and testing software solution for customers.
• Remote connection for troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and repair software issues.
• Create and maintain documentation on software issues, processes, and project progress.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient software development processes.
• Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related IT field or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of demonstrated software development experience.
• Solid understanding of programming languages such as Visual Basic and C#, with a focus on object-oriented programming.
• Networking skills or certifications a plus.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including object-oriented programming principles.
• Eagerness to progress and learn as the company grows in the industry.
• Ability to troubleshoot and think under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on documentation.
