Looking for an entry level Software Engineer in which the selected candidate will perform software engineering tasks including the Code, Test, Verification and Integration of software applications for display application products (Engine Indication and Crew Alerting or Electronic Checklist function) for commercial aircraft. Assignment will include developing new applications, as well as modifying existing applications. Candidate will perform assignments in conjunction with other senior software, subsystems, and system engineers as part of a software development team using DO-178B/C Level B processes and documentation.

Will be working in real-time embedded software development life-cycle process including understanding requirements, coding, test/debug, writing test cases and test procedures, running test procedures, performing structural coverage analysis and object code analysis.

• Develop software using the C programming language and/or Simulink modeling languages.

• Will be using such tools as ECLIPSE, MATLAB, DOORS, JAMA, PREP, Jira, SVN, Python and PERL scripting and the Microsoft Office suite

Basic Qualifications:

• Master's degree and 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
