Software Engineering Senior Advisor - Remote Job at Cigna

Position Summary:
Currently, we are seeking an experienced OnBase ECM Application Developer to join our IT team. This position will be a member of an established team that provides application development, reporting, and production support to several core business applications built using the OnBase Unity Client and Workflow modules from Hyland Software. This position requires minimal travel.
Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The primary focus of this job is to plan, design, develop, implement and support ongoing development and support of the OnBase ECM solution.
Acts as the principal designer for major systems and their subsystems utilizing a thorough understanding of available technology, tools and existing designs.
Work with business users and the OnBase ECM development team to deliver business value and user adoption of ECM technologies.
Design, development, and deployment of custom workflow solutions with the capability to integrate with other internal and external IT systems.
Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve OnBase ECM software and infrastructure issues.
Work with business partners and the OnBase ECM team to analyze business requirements and build functional specifications, including but not limited to interface changes and process flows.
Provides comprehensive consultation to business unit and IT management and staff at the highest technical level on all phases of application programming and processes for diverse development platforms, computing environments (e.g., host based, distributed systems, client server, software, hardware, technologies and tools, etc.).
Plan for and test software updates, defects, and configuration changes.
Works closely with client and IT management and staff to identify application development solutions, new or modified programs, reuse of existing code through the use of program development software alternatives, or integration of purchased solutions or a combination of the available alternatives.
Documents, tests, implements and provides on-going support for the applications.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience supporting the OnBase ECM solution from Hyland Software, in one or more of the following roles: OnBase Application Development, OnBase Senior Systems Administrator, OnBase Technical Support, and/or OnBase Sales Engineer.
5+ years of experience utilizing the following modules of the OnBase ECM solution from Hyland Software: WorkView, Workflow, Document Composition, DIP, Mailbox Importer
Two or more of the following OnBase support certifications:
OCSA OnBase Certified System Administrator certification
OCASA OnBase Certified Advanced System Administrator certification.
OCWV OnBase Certified WorkView certification.
OCWA OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator certification.
OCAWA OnBase Certified Advanced Workflow Administrator certification.
OCAPI OnBase Certified Application Programming Interface certification.
OCSE OnBase Certified Support Engineer certification.
OCI OnBase Certified Installer certification.
OCWE OnBase Certified Workflow Engineer certification.
Experience using MS SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS .
Qualifications:
Must be a current contractor with Cigna Healthcare, Evernorth Health Services, or one of their subsidiaries.
General understanding of Healthcare management systems – specific focus on Medicare and Medicaid is preferred.
Flexibility and experience working as Individual Contributor and as member of a team.
Experience with: HTML; JavaScript; .NET; C#; Web Services; eForms.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 121,900 - 203,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
