ParityFactory's software runs critical food manufacturing operations all across the world! Over the last 12 months we've more than doubled revenue and and our team, despite the challenges of COVID. We're looking to further expand our software implementation and delivery team as we continue to onboard more customers.

In an industry of legacy, outdated tools, our cutting edge SAAS based production management software stands out in this nearly recession-proof industry. This role has a clear and rapid path for growth and promotion.

We're looking to hire an experienced Implementation Engineer. This is not an 'engineering' role, but does work on the technical aspects of configuring our software for clients around the globe. While most of this work is done remotely, this role also gets the opportunity to travel with our senior Implementation Consultants to factories around the country.

The typical implementation process for our clients is 90 to 180 days depending on the scale of the client, and it's common to run several implementations concurrently. The role includes travel, with a maximum of 25% travel.

The salary range posted is broad, and that broadness reflects our openness to hiring people with a big range of experience. The very best qualified candidates will have experience engaging directly with clients to problem solve and are comfortable using SQL & advanced Excel.

Our software is installed remotely by our Support Team and then configured in detail by this role. This role also supports the Implementation Consultant in answering questions for the customer and supporting training:

• Become an expert in our software and configure the system for use by our awesome clients
• Customize reports utilizing SQL and SSRS
• Design labels using either Bartender or Nice Label
• Work hand in hand with customers every day, helping support their implementation of the software
• Support senior team members in training the floor and office staff in the use of the software

Qualifications:

• Great client communications, written and verbal
• College Degree or equivalent experience
• Up to 25% travel - Locations are national and varied
• Experience working with software, data, Excel, and/or SQL (or similar data scripting language) is required
• SSRS experience preferred but we are willing to teach
• Excited to learn, engage, and work with an incredibly awesome team!
• While not required, any experience working in a factory or warehouse environment would expedite understanding of the our client's unique challenges and opportunities
