The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team and focus on building integrations with various systems using APIs. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing API integrations, as well as a strong understanding of software development principles and programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, and Java.

This role is more than just coding. We need a Software Engineer who will use their passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify and implement system improvements. Using Agile development, you’ll work with the development team to build integrations for our data platforms such as Databricks, Tableau, Immuta and Alteryx. You’ll analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you’re developing considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. You'll work with Agile teams through all phases of the development life cycle, helping to manage and report on project progress as necessary. You'll design and develop API integrations with various systems. You'll collaborate with cross-function teams to understand and implement integration requirements. You'll participate in code reviews, testing and creation of release documentation. You'll also perform operational performance assessments of our developed products and implement optimizations. You Have:

• 2+ years of experience with API integration development
• Experience with API development and management tools, such as Postman and Swagger
• Experience with Git and version control
• Knowledge of programming languages, such as JavaScript, Python, and Java
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with cloud environments, such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with BI applications, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with Databricks
• Possession of excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
