Sous Chef Job at University of New Hampshire
The sous chef is responsible for the direction of the culinary team. This individual is also responsible for the coordination of necessary work, prepare and cook meals according to the three-cycle menu. Ensure that recipes and procedures are be followed in the daily operations.
Qualifications:
High school graduation or equivalent and at least three years of operational experience in quantity cooking. Must possess a solid grasp of fundamental cooking skills and techniques. Sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform duties and responsibilities of this job, including heavy work. Must be able to wear and use appropriate personal protective equipment as necessary.
