A B2B wholesale supplier of high-quality, in-stock, ready-to-assemble kitchen cabinets is seeking customer service representatives to join the team.

This role will require you to be in the Bellwood Office 5 days a week. You must also be a fluent Spanish speaker.

The base salary is $40,000-$45,000 plus bonus.

The company offers a wide range of shaker style cabinets to contractors, retailers, and builders, and provides value-added services such as design, assembly, and delivery. The products are sourced from Southeast Asia and the company currently operates in Illinois, Texas, and Florida.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for working on-site and managing the sales order process in the company's ERP system, Oracle NetSuite. This includes entering sales orders based on orders received via email, phone, or oral instructions from walk-in customers. You will also be responsible for ensuring that orders entered are accurate and minimizing errors and mistakes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Entering sales orders into Oracle NetSuite accurately and efficiently, minimizing errors and mistakes
  • Communicating with customers via email, phone, and face-to-face, and resolving customer complaints and concerns
  • Coordinating with warehouse supervisors to make arrangements for pick/pack/ship and deliveries
  • Developing the ability to read kitchen cabinet design blueprints and convert them to sales orders over time

The ideal candidate will have:

  • MUST be able to fluent speak and write in Spanish
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience working in a sales or customer service role
  • Experience with ERP systems and order processing is a plus
  • Familiarity with kitchen cabinet design and construction is a plus
