Machine Operator/Spot Welder
MUST HAVE MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF RECENT SPOT WELDING EXPERIENCE.
Connect Staffing is seeking an entry-level to experienced Spot Welder to fill an opening at a hydraulic fitting manufacturer in La Mirada, CA
Requirements for the Spot Welder Position:
- Must be able to pass Background check
- Must be able to pass Drug Screen
- Recent Welding experience
- Ability to safely lift up to 45lbs
- Steel Toed Boots
Benefits of the Spot Welder Position:
- Full time schedule Monday –Friday 10:00 p.m - 6:30 a.m

Responsibilities of the Spot Welder:
- Aligning the steel channels that are to be welded
- Visually inspecting channels to ensure proper welding by the machine
- Recognizes improper functions and corrects by adjusting machine
- Requires the ability to operate various types, kind and size of Spot-Welding machine
- Performs regular Spot/Seam Welder's functions with the continuous manual lifting of sub-assemblies and assemblies
- Responsible for thorough knowledge of appropriate safety practices; must wear appropriate PPE and follow all safety policies and practices
- Manually lifting products when finished and placed in designated areas.
