What does a day at work look like?

The employee will report to their coating booth for work at 6 am ready to work. A job traveler containing the items needing spray coating will be provided at your station. You will be trained on how to mix the paint as well as how to apply to the product needing coating. You will use a spray coating gun to apply the paint to the various foam products. Employees are allowed two 15 minute breaks and a thirty minute break for lunch. The shift ends at 2:30. If you are selected for and agree to work overtime the shift ends at 4:30. Our medical community relies on our spray coaters to ensure the products sent to them are fully coated and acceptable to help treat patients.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand and fully coat various foam products to specifications
• Ability to clean and maintain spray guns
• Experience using gravity fed spray guns is desired
• Ability to work safely and a good eye for quality and details
• Organized with a self starting attitude, who plans tools and material needs ahead of jobs
