We are looking for this person to come into our CT office twice a week.

Senior Financial Analyst Overview: :
The Senior Financial Analyst will evaluate the financial performance of the Company and our marketing programs by compiling data, developing reports, and presenting financial information and analysis to business teams.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst: :
    • Collaborate with finance team in the month end financial closing, monthly reforecast, and annual budget processes.
    • Use Forecasting Software (Adaptive), to create and run ad hoc reports, update forecast and budget assumptions, model various financial scenarios, and research variance explanations.
    • Use Accounting Software (INTACCT), to reconcile actual results to budgeted/forecasted results, run and review Profit & Loss Statements, and research variance explanations.
    • Develop and maintain financial models including lifetime profitability models, product cost models, and ad hoc models.
    • Collaborate with Client Services, Product, and Business Development teams to complete internal and external financial impact requests.
    • Create and present ad-hoc reporting and analysis to Senior Leadership Team.
    • Participate in data review, QA, and cross-training within FP&A team.

Skills and Experience of the Senior Financial Analyst: :
    • 4+ years of related experience.
    • Proven financial modeling experience.
    • Intermediate to Expert Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
    • Basic understanding of financial software.
    • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Collaborate well on a team but also work independently.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000
