Job Description
We Deliver the Goods:
Provides senior level and expert technical support for business processes related to HR Systems functionality, configuration, and serves as a consultant to the business. This will include researching and resolving HRIS problems while acting as the liaison with other functions in the core business to include finance, payroll, benefits, recruiting, etc. This means improving the associate experience in using the systems, coming up with user-friendly innovations, and implementing new practices and policies to be reflected in the system, accompanied by improvements of HRIS processes. This role will concentrate on the overall change management efforts to consolidate business practices that impact the functional efficiencies of the HRMS platform. This individual will help drive innovation from an HRIS perspective leveraging their technical and consultative approach.
Job Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications
Bachelors: Information Systems or other technical related field
7+ years of hands on experience with core HCS systems, including but not limited to Payroll, Core, Talent Management, Recruitment, Learning, Organizational Structure, and Time & Attendance
Experience with UKG, Cognos and Power BI
Enthusiasm for managing systems, improving processes and collaboration.
Professional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and reporting experience.
Ability to interact with all levels of staff and management, configuration and modification, project management methodology, system change documentation as well as advanced proficiency with in word processing, spreadsheet and database applications and human resource information systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors: Information Systems or other technical related field
10+ years experience HRIS experience
Microsoft Office proficiency

Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with the functional groups within the business operations and HRIS organization to communicate and clarify business needs, contribute to development of long and short range system plans, and ensure HR systems and services are aligned with business needs.
- Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost versus benefit measurements, and communicate trends and requirements to and from customers and HRIS.
- Partner with these stakeholders to ascertain requirements and work to ensure that their evolving needs within these systems are met.
- Support both domestic and international implementations of various modules within these systems, mapping data and creating integration feeds that enable the successful flow of information between them and third party vendors.
- Focused on evaluating systems, ensuring optimal performance and that they continuously meet the needs of the business teams with which they are working as those needs evolve.
- Technical testing and other projects that align with direction and leadership of HRIS leadership and must have a deep understanding of data protection policies including GDPR to ensure data security and appropriate use of employee data.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
