We are looking for an ENERGETIC and SAVVY Enterprise Account Executive to present & share our solutions with large & mid-size enterprises! This opening is a hunter role at a fast-growing technology company in a highly competitive industry! Join us to deliver real-time digital experiences worldwide!
This position is based out of our LA County Diamond Bar office, which operates on a hybrid schedule.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Selling Zenlayer's products and services via telephone and email.
- Primarily by responding to inbound and outbound leads.
- Held accountable for prospecting opportunities.
- Closing sales, attending events, and placing orders.
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients.
- Maximize revenue and margin generation.
Required Qualifications:
- Enjoy collaborating across teams and are personable, effective and extraordinarily organized to handle multiple ongoing projects efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Leveraging these skills to clearly share solutions with clients and resolve their concerns.
- Enjoy working in a high-performance team and thrive in a fast-paced chaotic environment.
- Have an unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and can easily handle ambiguity.
- Exceed customer expectations via responsiveness, providing insights, marketplace knowledge, and resolving technical issues by utilizing internal relationships to provide seamless account management to quickly respond to customer requests or escalations.
- Maintain functional knowledge of new features, products and initiatives across Zenlayer’s ecosystem.
- Interest in cloud technology, media, and/or gaming is a HUGE plus!
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years managing/growing a portfolio of relationships with enterprise buyers and influencers
- Basic understanding of computer networking and “how the internet works”
- Strong phone presence and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
- Building strong, trusting relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
- Prior pipeline generation and closing sales experience in strategic selling
- Managing a full sales process from demand to close for install base of customers
- Proven track record of performance (top 10-20% of company) in past sales positions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
