Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors and meetings in the reception office, coordinating flag requests and tour requests, opening mail, and other duties as assigned. Qualified applicants must be personable, dependable, be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and have a keen attention to detail. Additionally, they must be able to communicate effectively and remain highly organized. A bachelor’s degree is required, and the successful applicants must be able to onboard and work in Washington, D.C. Connecticut ties preferred.
