RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understands and adheres to established company policies and procedures
• Scheduling according to care plans and staffing availability
• Provides staffing for call offs, sick leave, vacation, long term leave
• Performs general office duties.
• Assist DON with day to day execution and supervision of resident care procedures and taking corrective action when needed.
• Takes calls after hours and weekends to handle emergencies and scheduling issues.
• All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in ALF PREFERED
• Prior scheduling experience REQUIRED
• Highschool Diploma or GED
• Computer skills
• Basic medical terminology
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
