As the patient's point of contact to the outside - a good caregiver is diligent, caring, and willing to continue adapting and learning as our current situations continue to develop. Healthcare needs do not stop and your client needs you! We provide training on universal precautions, infection control, and keeping up with the latest guidelines from the CDC as well as other reputable sources to keep everyone safe.

* Note: Your client must qualify for at least 10 hours of home health aide services or you must be willing to provide similar care to additional clients (A great career path as an HHA!)

Job Duties:

An aide is part of the client’s healthcare team; coordinated by their RN Case Manager. Type of care may vary by the client’s needs.

• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other tasks of daily living.
• Perform basic health care services such as, checking vital signs.
• Help with general light housekeeping.
• Work with a nurse, therapists and other caregivers and in-home care professionals.
• Observe and report on patient condition.
• Keep up with in-service training.

Working Locations: We treat patients of all ages and conditions throughout the Columbus area within their own homes. This can vary however, we will work with you to create a schedule with clients that are accessible and convenient to you whenever possible.

General areas include but are not limited to: Columbus, Lancaster, Canal Winchester, Reynoldsburg, Grove City, Groveport, Obetz, Blacklick, Whitehall, and more.

Requirements:

• A valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Candidates must pass a BCI and FBI background check
• Must have your reliable transportation to and from client locations
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• CPR / First Aid (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Physically able to meet the demands of the position including lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling driving.
• COVID-19 vaccination or qualified exemption per CMS mandate rules

(Off of South Hamilton Rd. in downtown Groveport. The teal building between the Dairy Queen and Certified station)

Pay: Up to $14.00 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, and performance. You MUST currently be active CNA or STNA in good standing to qualify for this rate.
