Cambria has an exciting opportunity for you as a Stone Countertops Claims Manager. The role requires a dynamic candidate capable of both maintaining and building effective business relationships while constructively influencing the CFA network of customers to strive for and meet high expectations of customer service. Technical fluency with regard to our own Standard Operating Procedures is critical and an ability to communicate these expectations is equally important.

This key position will represent Cambria positively and professionally while working closely with our customers located in Naples, Ft. Myers, Port Charlotte, and Englewood, cultivating partnerships, managing and resolving cases, and ensuring the customer receives Cambria experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, guide, and mentor Cambria Fabricators Associates through training, promotions, leveraging Cambria resources, and conducting regular business reviews achieving excellence
  • Build value-added partnerships with Cambria Fabrication Associate partners to ensure fabrication efficiencies and best practices are being performed traveling in the market 2-3 times per week.
  • Analyze key indicators of Cambria Fabrication Associates (CFA) performance and provide recommendations to leadership.
  • Represent Cambria with community involvement joining and participating in industry associations and activities
  • Analyze cases for facts, root cause and recommend solutions
  • Evaluate KPI’s of Cambria Fabricators performance and provide recommendations
  • Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), capable of communicating these guidelines and influencing others to adopt
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Aptitude to investigate complaints for facts and recommend resolutions in a timely manner.

  • Aptitude to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external parties.
  • Excellent attention-to-detail and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Overnight travel is required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Associates degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience: Requires 3-5 years’ experience in Inside Account Management or similar experience
  • Systems: Google Suites, SalesForce, Oracle, Knowledge of AutoCAD a plus

Additional Requirements:

  • Managerial Responsibilities: Responsible for managing Field Service Technician(s) assigned to the region.
  • Travel Requirements: Local travel required
  • Physical Requirements: This is an office and travel position requiring phone and computer use. Must be able to lift 50 pounds of Cambria samples or other Cambria materials.
