We are hiring a Studio Manager that has a passion for helping people achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized training and nutrition programs (approximately must train 20-25 sessions per week). Required a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and personal training certification.

The Studio Manager is also responsible for the oversight of all administrative, customer service, and sales operations of the studio. The Studio Manager will be responsible for generating monthly gross revenue and meet the quarterly goals set by the company. Our studio is a professional, fun environment, and the opportunity to learn the personal training business.

Job Responsibility

Hold self and team accountable for ensuring each client receives an exceptional experience through the execution of key operational systems and protocols
Develop client retention strategies and coach team to implement
Implement and monitor an effective client referral program
Hold self and team accountable for achieving new client/new member goals
Execute successful client appreciation strategies (i.e. welcome letter, birthday and anniversary cards, thank you card. a client of the month, etc.)
Create and distribute the monthly newsletter, post on social media

Workouts: Ensure the staff identifies and shares emerging techniques and industry trends

Admin responsibilities

Develop/execute against monthly business plans

Monitor in-studio promotions/Local Studio Marketing (LSM)

Attend networking events and establish relationships with local businesses
Identify and participate in community events and initiatives
Ensure the studio is in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
operating systems and standards
Ensure the studio website is kept current

Management
Build and execute against the studio annual operating plan
Develop and execute an ongoing recruiting strategy
Manage all aspects of the schedule ensuring proper coverage, canceling sessions when clients are away,
and conducting follow-up calls to clients who cancel or are no shows and reschedule canceled sessions

Responsible for new prospect's sales and client renewals.

Provide strong leadership and foster a positive working environment throughout the studio. Ensure the team is acting as a cohesive unit rather than individuals
Plan, organize, and execute monthly team meetings
Meet one-on-one with each trainer on a monthly basis to focus on accountability, recognition and
opportunities for improvement.
Conduct regular performance reviews with each team member
Handle and document all disciplinary issues.
Provide clear and consistent communication to a team; stay current on news and new programs and
operational updates communicated from owner
Continuously reward, recognize and motivate team
Align self and others with the philosophies and culture of the brand
Effectively communicate and explain goals, policies, procedures, and expectations

Must reside 25 minutes from the location.

Education: Required Exercise Science Degree, PT Certifications from ISSA, NASM, or ACE.
