About the Role

The Subrogation Recovery Analyst will negotiate reimbursements from third-party, liability cases on behalf of health plans.

Responsibilities

• 
  Managing an inventory of cases for health plan reimbursement in third-party liability (TPL) situations.
• Making outbound calls and communicating with attorneys, insurance adjusters, health providers and health plan members.
• Responding to and making requests for information and documentation relating to healthcare recovery rights.
• Applying in-depth knowledge of applicable state and federal laws related to healthcare recovery rights
• Monitoring and negotiating resolution of health plan reimbursement rights

Requirements

• 
  Be able to work Monday thru Friday, 8am - 5pm or 8:30am - 5pm, on either "CST" or "EST" schedules.
• Be comfortable doing a heavy amount of professional, unscripted, outbound phone calling work.
• Be able to negotiate and make quick decisions using guidelines.
• Be able to work well under pressure and in a fast paced, high-volume environment
• Possess great prioritization and multi-tasking skills while having a high attention to detail.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
