- Must be familiar with and have a working knowledge of tractors, mowers, painting, general building cleaning, cleaning equipment, landscaping, lawn care, kitchen equipment and any other equipment which may be part of the school facility.
- Familiarity with FLC facility, preferred
- Demonstrated work ethic, positive attendance and attention to detail, necessary
