What you'll be doing:

• Implement and reinforce field safety and reporting
• Oversee quality assurance and identify potential issues
• Produce RFIs, submittals, and change order requests
• Review drawings and specifications
• Work with project manager to prepare a schedule of construction activities
• Direct and control the total project specifications within allotted time
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure work is completed and within schedule
• Maintain clean and organized job site

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years commercial jobsite experience
• General contractor experience
• Wood-frame experience required, steel and post-tension concrete a plus
• Experience with hospitality and multifamily
• Exceptional work ethic and a desire to complete tasks on schedule with excellence
• Flexible and willing to make difficult decisions
