Supplier Quality Expert Focus IT Tools and Reporting


We are looking for a driven, self-motivated individual with a solid supply chain management background and excellent project management skills. The Supplier Quality Expert Focus IT Tools and Reporting acts as the go-to person for the SQD (Supplier Quality & Development) function globally to lead the transformation for IT Tools and Reporting.

You work in a global team, remotely or in the office with the opportunity to communicate across all important regions.


A typical day might look like this: You start by checking your mails and your schedule for the day. As you are the moderator for a virtual workshop next week, you spend the next 2 hours on aligning the agenda, setting up the virtual collaboration platform in Teams and calling the stakeholder to get final input. You continue reviewing change requests and suggestions for improvements with your contacts in in the business and share the results in your Teams Channel.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You take on a central role by consolidating business needs and manage the improvement or implementation of a supporting system with IT business partners.
  • You generate synergies by utilizing standardized solutions and supporting process harmonization.
  • In your role as program manager, you drive the development and implementation of systems and tools supporting key-processes of SQD with a global team of IT and business experts.
  • You provide transparency on KPI´s for management and the SQD organization based on state-of-the-art data analytics applications.
  • You set up global knowledge groups to ensure continuous exchange of improvement ideas on processes and tools.
  • You lead the creation and implementation of a digitalization roadmap for SQD.
  • Your position requires an intensive interaction and communication within our global supplier quality network as well as with our cross functional partners e.g., from procurement, quality management and IT


What You Bring

  • At least 5 years of experience in business process design and support for IT-integrated business processes with focus on digitalization
  • You are familiar with standard supply chain management principles; basic knowledge of quality management is of advantage.
  • Knowledge / experience with ERP and data analytics systems. Experience creating user friendly, intuitive training materials.
  • You have leadership skills; you are assertive and collaborative with solid intercultural expertise.
  • You have 3-5 years’ experience in leading projects and running virtual cross-functional teams in an international environment.
  • You are a self-starter, determined and self-reliant; your organizational talent and strategical and analytical thinking round up your profile.
  • You have a master’s degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, information technology or equal, ideally with certificate in project or LEAN management.
  • You are fluent in English, international working experience preferred.
