• Analysis customer’s issue and provide good solution.
• Provide online training/troubleshooting service.
• Perform onsite service.
• Conduct engineering test, reproduce reported issue.

• Collect customer feedback and open issues, feedback them to R&D team.

• This position is to ensure our customers feel they are well covered by Arbin professionals and keep good relationship between our customers and Arbin.
• This position also serves as a major source of customer feedback/system issues. These feedbacks shall be collected, discussed internally and treated.

• Collect necessary files/data from customer, analyze the root cause of any issue reported, find out solution to fix it. An issue can be escalated to engineering team.

• Use phone call or remote access software to expedite troubleshooting process and provide online real time training/instruction.

• Reproduce reported issue/bug
• Verify new feature/new fix
• Evaluate system limitation/performance during different scenario
• Perform specific test per customer’s need.

• Answer incoming phone calls/emails, summarize customer’s questions and feedback.

• Have basic Electrical Engineering knowledge including component/circuit analyze.
• Understand analog circuit theory and digital circuit theory.
• Able to use multimeter, oscilloscope and other common equipment.
• Ability to read and write technical documents.
• Travel work will be 25% - 50% when needed.
• Good communication with others and able to talk before camera.

• Knowledge of Power system/Power Electronics is preferred.
