In this role, you will form part of a new Sustainability Practice within Global Consulting Delivery. You will work directly with customers to help them achieve their sustainability goals. The role requires drawing on industry experience in sustainability and in one or more of Autodesk’s key industries (AEC, MFG, M&E). You will work closely with Autodesk Sustainability & Foundation, Sales, Research, Product and Platform teams while partnering with customers to deliver measurable impact. You will be responsible for helping our customers achieve sustainability outcomes, creating growth opportunities for Autodesk around sustainability, and bringing insights back to our technology platform teams.
The position location is open to all regions in the US and will require travel to Autodesk offices and customer sites globally.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Customers at executive, business unit, and production/project levels to understand their sustainability goals and help them to achieve them using Autodesk technology
  • Prepare, review and manage high-quality consulting outputs, including proposals, assessments, and solution recommendations
  • Develop sustainability solutions based on Autodesk technology and aligned with Autodesk’s strategic impact priorities, collaborating where needed with other Consultants and Autodesk stakeholders
  • Help with internal training on Sustainability concepts, solutions, and trends in our key industries
  • Develop partnerships with customers, partners and other industry bodies in your region that support understanding and prioritization of solution development investments
  • Prepare insights to inform the development of our Autodesk technology platform through results and innovations from engagements with enterprise and strategic customers
  • Promote visibility in your region of the most innovative and impactful sustainability solutions from the global business through multiple media channels (events, social media, marketing/PR, etc.)
  • Be a spokesperson for Autodesk’s sustainability leadership among key customers in your region through briefings, workshops, roundtables, focus groups and other engagement activities
  • Share learning and case studies from our engagements across Customer Success, Foundation, Sales and Product and Platform teams
Minimum Qualifications
  • Relevant work experience, especially in a Sustainability, Professional Services or Customer Success function
  • Experience delivering technology solutions that can be successfully repeated by others to help end customers to achieve their business objectives
  • Strong knowledge of industry practices around sustainability and the use of technology to achieve sustainability outcomes
  • Skilled verbal communicator who can adapt message to audience, capable of leading complex discussions, facilitating workshops, delivering presentations to customers and at industry or corporate events
  • Skilled information author who can design and deliver complex information in simple and clear outputs to support understanding of concepts and plans
  • Skilled at networking and influencing across matrix lines and building bridges, preferably with key stakeholders across Autodesk
  • Passionate about helping people achieve better outcomes through technology

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $111,600 and $180,510. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
