We are seeking a System Test Analyst to support a fast-paced Program Executive Office. In this role, you will lead test data analysis activities and provide Integrated Product Team (IPT) oversight while directly supporting the Product Manager. You will work closely with experienced engineers to support Modeling & Simulation (M&S) activities and conduct test data analysis/reporting. You will coordinate, schedule, and lead U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) Aviation & Missile Command (AvMC) Data Analysis support team. Your additional responsibilities may include:
- Support digital simulations along with some type of Hardware in the Loop (WIL) facility to look at pre-test predictions and conduct post-test analysis.
- Utilize engineering or technical skills to support the planning and execution of system performance analysis, independent performance assessments, lethality assessments, risk analysis, test readiness reviews, post-test analysis and simulation VV&A activities.
- Support Developmental Testing and Operational Assessments and coordinate Joint Analysis Team reviews at White Sands Missile Range to report overall system performance.
- Participate on several IPTs representing the Product Office to include M&S Software Engineering, T&E, AVMC M&S.
- Develop briefings, risk reviews, Project Manager and higher-level reviews, and prime contractor Program Management Reviews
Required
- ABET Accredited Engineer or technical related Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 12 years related experience
- Approximately 25% Travel
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
