Position: 2455 - Systems Analyst 3

Location: Hybrid - Rosemead, CA 91770

Responsibilities:

· Ability to work with matrixed teams, offshore teams, highly stage gated environment, lots of handoffs to different teams, attention to detail, organization skills, proactive, ability to create and maintain working relationships, verbal and written communication, anticipation, collaboration.

Required Skills/Attributes

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

· Demonstrated ability and experience in conducting analysis of business requirements, system requirements, system design, and system test plans.

· Typically possesses five or more years’ experience performing systems development activities.

· Possesses knowledge of the development and support of client server applications.

· Demonstrated ability to model, analyze, design, test implement, and maintain moderately complex applications.

· Candidate must be client-focused with the ability to articulate the impact of technology to the business value.

· Knowledge of data management required. (include client and specific application/system knowledge required)

· Communicating project performance, risks, and issues to key stakeholders.

· Able to follow directions and report back result for project deliverables per project requirements.

· Collaborate with cross function project team including offshore and vendor resources.

· Resolving issues impacting the project, while mitigating project risk.

· Coordinating interdependencies with other teams.

Desired Skills/Attributes

· Acting as the primary point of contact for the project to internal and external partners.

· Working with operations teams to ensure completion of required documentation and attainment of quality standards to successfully meet final project implementation.

Job Type: Contract
