Salary: 115K-200K (depending on experience)

We are looking to ramp up a multitude of skillsets to help support our clients Weapon Systems program including:

3. Integration & Test Engineers

4. Test Engineers

We are hiring at all levels of experience from ONE year - SENIOR level experience. We are targeting skills such as: C++, Matlab, Rhapsody, Python, DOORS, Signal Processing, Model/Simulation, Integration & Testing and Design experience.

Overview

• Provide modeling and simulation capability/architecture upgrades
• Perform project configuration management using the Configuration Management tool set by the program
• Perform regression testing of previously implemented functionality for model integrity and stability
• Produce code review artifacts and support peer reviews
• Participate and provide recommendations for Agile sprint planning activities
• Provide Algorithm Description Documents (ADDs) or other artifacts to document capability enhancements
• Perform execution of SSTRESS code and post processing of SSTRESS data for radar system performance analysis
• Perform development, testing, and implementation of Matlab and Python scripts to aid in analysis of radar system performance
• Present analysis results to internal and external stakeholders
• Provide weekly project status and attend program milestone meetings
• Produce system/software specifications at Systems and/or Subsystems level
• Provide test vectors and intermediate testing support for Tactical Software Implementation phases
• Produce Test Plans and/or Test Procedures for Integration & Testing needs

Basic/Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent combined with 2+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in MATLAB, Python, and C++ or equivalent high-level computing language.
• Functional knowledge of Radar or Radio Frequency or Electronic Warfare systems, subsystems and components.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: system analysis, requirements development, algorithm design, or modeling and simulation.
• Proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams including task planning, budget management and employee development.
• Strong customer focus with proven ability to drive complex technical issues/challenges to closure.

Skills and Technologies:

• System level Integration and Test support OR Software Engineering OR Signal Processing Experience or Test/Design Engineering
• DOORS knowledge and experience developing test procedures PREFERRED (Not required)
• C/C++ Coding Experience
• Python Scripting preferred
• MATLAB preferred
