The Recruitment Resource Coordinator (RRC) works autonomously and is accountable for the entire business line associated with candidate interviews, site visits, travel, and connection to local relocation services to support physician recruitment throughout Alaska, California, Montana, Oregon, and Washington. The RRC is dedicated to a specific recruitment region and serves as the liaison and sole Providence representative and contact for the potential hire once the candidate has been identified until the time s/he sits down with the medical director for the job offer. This position is remote and can sit from any state in the Providence footprint.

Essential Function:

  • Uses a high level of discretion and works independently to orchestrate the interview/site visit/offer workload process once a candidate has been identified. (While the RRCs specialize in one region, they must also possess systemwide expertise if crossover is needed across regions due to volume, etc.).
  • Works within pre-set budgets.
  • Forges relationships to facilitate all key logistics.
  • Ensures a warm handoff and successful follow through in the critical interview and site visit stage of the hiring process to the community for relocation.
  • Partners closely with the recruitment team.
  • Crafts communication with candidates and vendors.
  • Works with interview panels, which may include up to two dozen key contacts in the regions.
  • Arranges travel to accommodate regular and special needs, catering, amenities, gift baskets, and concierge planning.
  • Fulfills all duties in a manner that reflects the mission and values of Provider Solutions & Development and are performed in a manner that promotes project team success and reflects the PS&D mission, philosophy, and core values of service, excellence, respect, innovation, integrity, and compassion.

Job Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

  • Strong client/customer service orientation.
  • Experience managing budgets and working with senior-level staff.
  • Demonstrated project coordination experience in handling multiple and complex projects with discretion, autonomy, and self-sufficiency.
  • Demonstrated and proven experience working independently with minimal or no supervision, independent decision-making.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or
  • 1 year of healthcare industry experience
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience
