Sandhill Crane Vineyards is in search of a leader in our Tasting Room! Experience and passion in wines and/or restaurants is preferred with tips included! Join this positive team of creatives. This person would be a large part in creating a welcoming environment for our regulars and newcomers while working closely with our cafe and events coordinator to promote wines and events.
Tasting Room Manager Duties
-Hiring/training of new TR employees
-Employee Scheduling
-Keeping the wine list current and printing lists as needed
-Maintaining a clean/organized bar (TR and Back Bar), dining & deck
-Keeping Table Talkers clean and up to date
-Helping to create monthly Sangrias/Slushies
-Update all TR changes in Revel
-Keep staff up to date on all changes/information as needed
-Maintain ALL inventory as it pertains to the TR, and ordering supplies as needed (merch, glassware, tasting cups, cleaning/dish supplies for TR, office supplies, literally ANYTHING that we need)
-Provide a weekly shopping list to cafe manager for supplies needed for Sangrias/Slushies
-All things wine club
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
