Essential Functions and Primary Duties
- High volume scheduling supporting the tax department across 7 offices
- Responsible for keeping staff schedules updated
- Updates weekly staff aging reports
- Reaches out to staff to clarify discrepancies
- Attends weekly tax planning meetings, taking notes on schedule updates
- Sends out weekly staff boards
- Routes SurePrep binders
- Function as administrative liaison with internal and external clients
- Administer special projects as requested; communicate status
- May conduct research; produce reports
- Effectively operates all department equipment and software applications, such as: Practice Engine, Prostaff and SurePrep
- Execute administrative duties as assigned
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Qualifications Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s Degree or two years of experience on a specialized subject matter
- Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Effective customer service skills
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Ability to work in team environment as well as independently
- Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
The annual salary target for this job in this market is $52,000 - $66,500. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
