Teachers Aid/Assistant Job at Santa Clara Christian School
We are seeking a teacher's aide with an interest in providing support to middle school students. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal communication skills, a background in education and a love for working with children. The position requires close to no classroom management, and we're looking for someone with a passion for helping students learn.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tutoring services to students after regular school hours.
- Assist in the classroom during the school day and before and after school.
- Keep all necessary documentation of student assessment and progress.
- Make sure that all staff are aware of the student's progress and development.
- Help students with their general questions (e.g., homework, attendance, etc.).
- Perform various clerical duties related to student records.
