Team Lead: $13.00 - $14.00 hr. upon completion of training.

DESCRIPTION:
The Cleaning Solution is a family-owned dry cleaner that has been around since 1982. We provide the Wasatch Front with dry cleaning and laundry services at four locations. We are passionate about providing our customers with quality, value, and integrity.
We are looking 1 Full-time or 2 Part-time team leaders. The team leader needs to display and exemplify management confidentiality, credibility, and a mature, and cooperative attitude with strict adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Team leaders are expected to set an example for all other employees. They are accountable for creating and maintaining an atmosphere of high morale among all staff.
Team leaders are also encouraged to make recommendations to the Main Plant Manager to ensure that company policies are carried out.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Grow sales and find innovative ways to market the store
- Work closely with each employee to improve performance
- Create bi-weekly schedules for employee shifts
- Hire and train new employees to staff store location when needed
- Promote a positive work environment
- Inspect orders to ensure they are meeting quality standards are maintained
- Promote a high level of customer service
- Be accountable for the customer's experience
- Work closely with the general manager and owners to keep smooth operations and high quality services
- Oversee and control cash management and coach employees on daily reports and accuracy.
