We are looking for a working hourly Team Lead 2 (supervisory position) with prior manufacturing experience – preferably 3-5 years minimum. Experience working with computers (Word, Excel, Payroll). Abel to demonstrate mechanical aptitude and the ability to logically troubleshoot and solve machine issues. Must have experience with people development and leading teams with focus on safety, quality, and 5S. Must have good written and verbal communications skills. $27.56 per hour. Shift differentials are available for off shifts. Sonoco offers a full benefit package including 401K, medical, dental, vision & tuition reimbursement.
