Responsibilities:

• Handcrafting our line of bowls, smoothies, waffles, paninis, & toast according to Verve standard and guidelines.

• Be knowledgeable about the product and menu to provide excellent customer service throughout the ordering process and beyond.

• Cheerfully respond to all guest requests no matter how small. Be a creative problem solver.

• Report to work on a regular and timely basis as scheduled.

• Know how to process guests orders by having knowledge of preparation, production and monitoring quality of food product, then creating/packaging to specifications.

• Know how to operate the POS and 7Shifts

• Know how to direct guest flow (ex. Showing guests where to pick up their bowls / food products, where to order, etc.).

• Know how to perform checklist duties.

• Adhere to Verve Bowl’s cleaning and sanitation program to keep processing and guest areas in compliance with Health Department, local, state & federal laws.

• Your team depends on you, follow-thorough is essential. Perform all duties in a timely and thorough manner.

• Knowledge of proper knife handling skills.

• Stay calm and collected under pressure.

Looking for candidates with a flexible availability. Preference for candidates who are willing to cover shifts at both the Capitol Hill and Ballard Locations.
