Technical Support Representative Level One Job at Real View Inc.
Real View, Inc., an innovative software firm located in Grand Rapids, MI has an immediate opening for a position as a Level One Support representative in its ProKitchen Software Division. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with the following attributes: strong people skills, extensive computer knowledge and a problem solving background. Successful candidates will have a desire to help our users with their questions and issues. Must be organized and able to follow up with customers throughout the problem solving process.
We offer a salary based on qualifications and experience. We provide 3 weeks of paid vacation and a generous benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and 401K.
Must agree to a drug test prior to being hired.
Required experience and skills:
At least three years Software Support experience a must.
Must have extensive computer background and superior computer problem solving experience.
Must be fully competent in use of both PC and Mac computers.
Must have good writing and communication skills.
Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday.
Job Type: Full-time
