How You Will Make an Impact

The Technical Sales Trainer is responsible for collaborating with the Sales Manager and Service Manager to identify areas of improvement that will enhance employees and customers in our Area of Responsibility (AOR) for the products we deliver. In addition, this position will collaborate with all customers to teach, train, and promote all products, services and goods provided to Arizona Bus Center client partners. Training will be designed for customer’s applications and may be conducted remotely, at customer’s facility, or centralized for maximum customer participation.

The Nuts and Bolts

· Create training curricula and all learning material, as well as an estimated budget required to produce said curricula and training

· Conduct and coordinate all training sessions as requested and approved, monitor performance, and make recommendations for improvements that may be implemented or designed to further promote and grow both market share and customer satisfaction

· Analyze day-to-day needs for training the sales team and technicians based on current market trends, new product availability, or manufacturers required training

· Develop innovative approaches and techniques for making improvements in training programs

· Maintain and update records and matrix of training material and training conducted

Required Credentials

· Minimum of five (5) years of related industry experience

· Experience in designing and delivering training programs

· Manufacturing industry or background experience preferred

• Knowledgeable and proficient in e-learning platforms
• Excellent customer service and presentation skills required
