What you will do:


Server and Infrastructure Administration

  • Maintain and monitor backup and disaster recovery routines and controls related to SOX.
  • Perform first line support for servers and applications.
  • Performs user account maintenance and operational tasks.
  • Create and maintain documentation on systems and processes.

PC Support

  • Setup, install and troubleshoot new PC’s and laptops.
  • Troubleshoot PC and application issues.
  • Perform software and hardware installation and configuration and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Insure all devices have the necessary security software installed.
  • Enforce IT security according to company policies and procedures.

User Support

  • Answer Help Desk calls and emails and respond to user problems.
  • Create an incident report for each call and ensure resolution is logged into help desk ticket database.
  • Provide first line applications support to users.
  • Provide after hours support – on call rotation.

What you will need:

  • Less than 4 years of previous PC and system support experience required.
  • Associate’s degree in information systems field required.
  • Basic networking and server administration skills required.
  • Intermediate skills in application troubleshooting and PC hardware/software support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees.
  • Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after hours support, including nights and weekends
  • Primarily office environment; personal protective equipment required in mill areas.
  • Long periods of sitting and viewing a computer monitor.

Total Reward Details

We’re committed to providing an exceptional workplace experience, including a comprehensive total reward package. The base salary range for the position is $40,000 - $60,000 and is eligible for overtime. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience among other factors. Benefits are generally available after 30 days and include medical, dental, vision, life, disability coverage, employee assistance program, and a 401k plan. Starting paid time off includes 3 weeks of vacation, 5 personal days, and 9 company holidays per full year.
