Position Overview
This is a part-time position - 20 hours a week.
This role is an “on-site” position located at our client’s facility.
The Technology Concierge is responsible for the daily on-site support, management, and development of resident and staff relations at the community they are working and communicating closely with all corresponding departments at the corporate office. This person will provide administrative assistance, technical assistance, and training to residents and staff on site.
This position requires constant standing and walking. Mobility such as bending, kneeling, crawling, and lifting could be required to assist with the installation and troubleshooting of resident equipment.
