We provide a broad spectrum of information technology and ancillary services to government and commercial customers primarily within the healthcare delivery domain. We seek a Remote/Onsite Test & Evaluation (T&E) Engineer to join us in support of a U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) electronic health record acquisition (eHRa) program. US Citizenship and background investigation required
Responsibilities include:
- Outline and maintain all activities, dependencies, and durations associated with the testing process for each subsystem reported in the Program Integrated Government Schedule.
- Convert and translate previously completed testing & evaluation content received from DHA (DOD Healthcare Management System Modernization [DHMSM]) to DHS/USCG structure.
- Provide analysis of testing completed by DHMSM with the eHRa Testing Management Oversight Team (TMOT) to determine the level and scope of additional testing needed in support of eHRa Developmental Test & Evaluation (DT&E) and Operational Testing & Evaluation (OT&E).
- Providing analysis and development support for tailored test plans, approved by the COR and PMO staff, on system pre- and post-delivery, as well as completed test reports outlining results, risks, and observations.
- Provide support headed by Operational Testing Agent (OTA) as part of a larger team. The Test Engineer will be responsible for supporting the testing group with the development and review of the updated Operational Test Report and Plan.
- Provide documentation review, analysis and update assistance in support of the following documents and additional associated support artifacts: Test and Evaluation Master Plan, Developmental Test Plan and Report, Operational Test Plan and Report, Requirements Traceability Matrix
- Travel up to 20% to USCG HQ in Washington, DC and/or USCG Facilities nationwide to participate in DT&E and OT&E test events.
Required Experience:
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT test and evaluation, developmental and operational test plans, and reports for IT systems
- Experience with Electronic Health Record solutions, particularly MHS Genesis is preferred.
- Experience with SharePoint for document repository desired.
- Education: Bachelor or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
