Couples need treatment now more than ever. In a study of nearly 1000 couples, 52% were open to couples therapy if they had never been. And yet we also know that couples wait an average of six years before seeking help.

Here at Wellness & Co, we believe that relationships matter! We see the need in our community for in-person relational support and in order to meet this need, we are striving to grow and expand our practice with clinicians (LG and LC) who are interested in and would like to focus in this area. We offer both mentoring and supervision from within our team and with Dr. K, Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist and owner of Wellness & Co. We are looking for clinicians with a passion and drive for couples - specifically in regards to communication, conflict resolution, sex and intimacy, betrayal based trauma, intergenerational healing, family systems/dynamics, and neurodiversity and its impact on relationships. Qualifications:
- Licensed Graduate (or beyond) in the State of Maryland - LCMFT, LGMFT, or LCPC with 5+ years of experience working with couples
- Training in and/or interest in being trained in couples therapy
- Full time clinical hours commitment (15+ hours/week)
- Intentionality with: fielding client inquiries; participation in group supervision; personal and professional growth; community contribution and involvement
