Semblex Corporation is seeking Experienced Thread Roller Operators for 1st and 2nd Shift with a high priority to 2nd shift to join our team! Experience on Hartford SEMS, KEOI Mini, Ingramatic and/ or Menn Roller is a huge plus!

Objective: To set up and run all assigned machines while maintaining quality and safety requirements.

Duties:

1. Set up any machines which are not running in an assigned battery.

2. Check and record quality per department procedures.

3. Keep machines and work area clean.

4. Follow all procedures and work instructions.

5. Maintain good production numbers, low scrap and high pieces/pounds.

6. Seek support from roller foreman if any problems with tooling or machine set-up are encountered. Responsible for understanding and operating all machines in the assigned battery.

Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in plant operations or other related fields (Specifically to Cold Heading)
• Familiarity with plant tools and equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read blueprints for parts
• Basic Math Skills
