Marcum LLP is seeking a Senior Associate specializing in International Transfer Pricing to join our growing and well established national firm. This position requires an experienced Transfer Pricing professional with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in researching, developing, executing and delivering transfer pricing projects
- Assist in preparation and analyze financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance and various statistical sampling packages
- Assist in the review of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) financial statements
- Research comparable publicly traded companies
- Assist in the review and analysis of transfer pricing studies
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with transfer pricing related projects
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, business, finance, mathematics, or statistics from an accredited college/university
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: transfer pricing studies, financial statement analysis, valuations, quantitative and competitive analysis, statistical sampling and econometrics, plan evaluation, and/or operational performance analysis
- Knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid research skills, and able to work well in a team environment and/or independently
